Polaris Media Group, I Left To Stay Successful
Then the bomb dropped on September 9 of 2009, (9-9-09). The company instantly changed to a multi level marketing company with media products. What? I didn't even know what I was selling anymore, maybe because the products didn't even exist at the time of the change.
Multi Level Marketing? I never signed up for that. I went from 63% profits to 20% Then they took the team I spent 2 and 1/2 years building and scattered them all over the place. No longer were we getting paid first, now the company got paid and then we would receive monthly checks.
In August I made $48,000 in Liberty League, then, it changed to Polaris Media Group and my income died. September I made $470 and in October $270, who can survive on that.
Enough was an enough, I wasn't going down with this ship. Thankfully there was an alternative. There was a company that was founded by the guy who really was responsible for building Liberty League into the great company it was. This new company had better products backed by 100% money back guarantees , better compensation plan and all inclusive events.
Yes, I did have to reinvest, but it was an investment in the future of my family. So I got uncomfortable and I dove in again, feet first into the deep end and I floated to the top again.

Polaris Media Group, Why Are All The Top Leaders Leaving?

You should never have blind faith in anyone or anything, except your maker. If you haven't noticed by now, the top leaders have left Polaris Media Group. You might want to open your eyes, and take a look around.
Will you stay to the bitter end, until you have exhausted all your funds and resources? Or will you open your eyes to new opportunities.
If you are staying because you have invested so much money, you are letting money dictate your success. We all know it is never about the money, it's about a decision. So what decisions will you make to secure your families future. Time to look at some bold, uncomfortable choices. It was a no brainer for us and many other top leaders.
There is a life line if you so choose.

The Real Deal Personal Development Conferences
We've been involved in the personal development industry for nearly 3 years and I have finally seen the best of the best in personal growth conferences. Let me describe to you the amazing experience we had, and the differences between this life changing conference and the what we have experienced in Polaris.
Let's start with the the Price, and what was included. Our Conference cost us, $3,995. That included for 2 people, our hotel, meals, drinks for 5 days and 4 nights at the Cancun Palace, a five star resort. We were able to experience 13 speakers, and entertainers. We had experiences as a community, we broke arrows and bent steel with our throats, we walked on fire, and raised money for worthy causes.
There were three intense days of mindset training, from 9am to 11pm. Not 2 half days with a free day. There was no lunch in a box here folks, everything was first class. The co-founders were not hidden behind closed doors or velvet ropes. Everyone was accessible at all times. There were no special reserved seats for emc, everyone was an equal.
How refreshing to see what the Real Deal is. People that know what a community really is and how important to treat everyone as equal. Our only regret was we did find this earlier.
Kim and I are so proud to be a part of this beautiful community and an opportunity that truly changes lives. It is the what we fell in love with 3 years ago and so much more. You owe to yourself and your family, to stop listening to lies of others and look for yourself.
We built a successful business and team in Liberty League, we were the real deal, not ones that lied about their success and continue to do so. How can you follow people who never really had the success you are looking for? With so many leaders leaving Polaris, you really should start looking around you and ask WHY.

Follow Your Gut
For almost 3 years, we built a successful business with a company and products we fell in love with. Was it easy, not at first, but we had an unbending belief in ourselves, our products, and our industry. So with that belief and persistence we climbed to the top 1% of the company.
We just focused on the success of our team and being in service, the rest took care of itself. We never set out to be the most popular people, we were only interested in working our business with complete integrity and assisting as many people as possible.
In September of 2009, our world was rocked. The company we have loved from day one, changed. We had no say in the matter, it was just decided for us, our world was now different.
We still had an unbending belief in ourselves, and our industry, but lost confidence in our products and company. This was some challenging weeks for us. Taking a deep inventory of ourselves and asking our subconscious, revealed the answer.
We would leave what we had built, and start fresh with a company that still believed in the same values, products, and beliefs in which we started with. We never lost confidence in ourselves or our industry, so now with a new confidence with a new company with the same vision we started off with, we could go forward.
Take a look around you and ask the hard questions. Why are so many leaders leaving, why have they lost confidence in a company they have been with for so many years. Step back away from the trees and take a hard look at what is really going on. Belief, commitment and courage are noble traits, but following on blind faith is ignorance. It's time to open your eyes.

Change Is Uncomfortable, But Essential For Success
I look back over the years and recognize the many uncomfortable changes and decisions that Kim and I have made. It was in the most risky, that we've had the biggest rewards in our lives. Let's face it, when you leave a secure 40 hour a week job to become an entrepreneur, that's a big risk. It was that risk, that changed our lives forever.
Every time we have had to make difficult decisions, it all came down to following our gut. At the end of the day, you have to believe in what you do, and be passionate about it. Kim and I fell in love with an opportunity 3 years ago that provided us a way to help other people and live a life we never dreamed possible.
That opportunity changed in September of 2009, and we had no control or input of that decision. The changes transformed the company into something that made us uneasy and something very different from what we started with. We were now faced with another risky, uncomfortable decision to make. Should we leave to pursue what we love, start over and leave everything we accomplished behind. Like every other risky, uncomfortable decision, we followed our gut.
Kim and I can sleep easy again after our decision to leave the old company and join a new company that is everything that called us to become entrepreneurs in the first place. With Kim as my business partner and best friend, we will help more people and provide a better life for our family here at our new business.
